Born and brought up in Argentina, from an Italian/Spanish heritage, Ana Victoria studied and practiced as a barrister before moving to Europe in 2001.
She is known for her fascination with fashion, elegant clothes, beautiful dresses and classic vintage style. This began at a young age and was fostered by her mother and grand aunt, who would buy and make clothes for her.
Ana Victoria has always been attracted to hats and she designed and made them as a pass time during her school and university years.
Since she came to Europe and specially to Ireland (2006) Ana Victoria decided to follow her dream and started by designing and making hats for family and friends. Since then she has completed courses in tailoring and traditional Millinery. All her headpieces are finished using the highest quality materials that she sources in Ireland and from all over the world.
She is a fan of Opera and old golden age-era Hollywood films and its actresses from where she gets a lot of inspiration for her designs. She has been always very creative and artistic, knitting, sewing, embroidering, painting, drawing and writing.
She is passionate about nature, history, cooking, health, nutrition, yoga, meditation and mindfulness. She is a keen sports woman and an obsessed mountain climber!
All of the above becomes an endless source of inspiration for Ana Victoria, whom following traditional millinery techniques, designs and creates hats and headpieces to suit every occasion.
She lives in County Galway with her husband Aidan and she is a busy mum of 4.
